As an electronic sentinel for environmental supervision, the debugging and calibration quality of the dust online monitoring system directly determines the authenticity of the monitoring data. From initial equipment inspection to system debugging, from laboratory calibration to on-site verification, each step must follow scientific regulations. The following are the key points for standardization implementation.
1、 Preliminary preparation and basic verification
During the unpacking inspection, check the components such as the host, sensor probes, and data acquisition terminals against the packing list, with a focus on inspecting the sensor membrane for scratches and damage. Refer to the equipment manual to confirm the applicable range (such as 0-10mg/m ³ or higher), and prepare standard calibration membranes, zero gas generators, and soap film flow meters. Set up a temporary workbench, equipped with anti-static wristbands to prevent static electricity from damaging precision circuits, and prepare a digital multimeter to test the stability of the power supply voltage.
2、 Mechanical installation and electrical connection
Select representative monitoring points, with the sampling port at least 3 meters away from obstacles to avoid interference from eddy current areas. When installing vertical pipelines, keep the sampling head facing downwards, and install rain covers on outdoor equipment. Use shielded cables to connect the sensor to the host, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 Ω. Before powering on, use compressed air to blow the sampling pipeline and remove any manufacturing residue particles. After powering on, observe the status of the indicator light and use the serial port debugging assistant to check if the communication protocol is normal.
3、 Multi level calibration implementation process
Zero point calibration: Introduce clean air that has been efficiently filtered, and set the current value as zero point after the reading stabilizes. Range calibration: Load different concentrations of standard dust in sequence, and it is recommended to use a stepwise increasing method (such as 0 → 2 → 5 → 8mg/m ³). After each loading, wait for 60 seconds for the values to fully respond, and record the deviation between the displayed value and the standard value. Linear regression analysis: Select at least 5 calibration points to draw a standard curve, with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.999. Repeatability test: Measure continuously for 6 times at the same concentration, and calculate the relative standard deviation to be less than 2%.
4、 Dynamic performance verification
Simulate real working conditions for challenge testing: suddenly change the wind speed to observe the response time, which should normally reach 90% of the final value within 30 seconds; Switch between high and low temperature environments (-20 ℃~50 ℃) alternately to verify the effectiveness of temperature compensation function. For beta ray absorption instruments, it is necessary to verify whether the timing action of the self-cleaning blade mechanism is normal to prevent dust accumulation from affecting measurement accuracy.
5、 Data docking and quality control management
Before connecting the monitoring data to the environmental protection platform, a 72 hour continuous trial run is required. Automatically generate quality control charts daily, indicating the meteorological parameters corresponding to the period of exceedance. Conduct monthly span checks and verify the accuracy of the upper range limit using high concentration standard gases. Establish original record archives, including calibration logs, fault maintenance records, and spare parts replacement ledgers.
