In 2022, under the promotion of the national hydrogen energy strategy, Yidu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. launched the key project of the national key research and development plan "Hydrogen Energy Technology". Yidu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the key task of project two "High Sensitivity Fiber Optic Sensing and Fluid Control and Manufacturing Technology" in the fuel cell testing technology and key component development project.
At present, the project has completed on-site verification testing and passed the internal acceptance of the project. This will mark a significant breakthrough in China's independent and controllable development in the field of key components for fuel cell testing.
Technological breakthroughs under the hydrogen energy strategy

In March 2022, the National Energy Administration released the "Medium - and Long Term Plan for the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)", which clearly regards hydrogen energy as an important component of the national energy system and focuses on promoting the low-carbon development of the hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle industries.
In this context, the project undertaken by Yidu directly faces the core pain point of China's hydrogen energy industry development - the high dependence on imported key components for sensing and fluid control in fuel cell comprehensive testing benches, and the gap in testing and evaluation technology compared to foreign countries.
Yidu faces technological challenges head-on
The sensing and fluid control core components of the fuel cell comprehensive testing platform have long faced multiple technical challenges:
·High precision detection of flow sensors: how to break through the accuracy limit of traditional methods;
·High precision and fast response control of wide range flow controller: how to balance the contradiction between large flow range and high response speed.
Yidu's technological strength has been recognized by the country and systematic research and development have been carried out to address the above-mentioned challenges. Our core advantage lies in:
·Full chain self-developed capability: possessing complete independent research and production capabilities for MFM/MFC;
·Over ten years of technical accumulation: With profound experience and data accumulation in the field of high-precision laminar flow quality control;
·Principle of laminar pressure difference: The product is based on the principle of laminar pressure difference of Hagen Poiseuille formula, which can achieve high-precision, high repeatability, and high-efficiency gas flow "measurement" and "control".
Innovation in Flow Sensor and Control Technology
The R&D team of Yidu has achieved a breakthrough in measurement accuracy by accurately analyzing the core factors that affect flow accuracy, innovatively integrating new laminar flow component designs and data algorithms, and ultimately reaching a leading level.

Tested performance reaches the level of leading pages
The actual test verification of fuel cell operating conditions shows that the integrated high-precision flow controller developed by Yidu performs stably, and the core components have reached the leading level.

Industry significance and future prospects
With the completion of the project, the promotion and application of the Yidu 6000L flow controller will significantly reduce the testing cost of domestic fuel cells and shorten the product development cycle.
