Structural design:
All live parts (busbars, circuit breakers, isolating switches, etc.) are sealed in stainless steel gas boxes with a protection level of IP67, which can resist extreme environments (condensation, pollution, small animal invasion).
Modular combination supports flexible expansion, and multiple gas box connections can be achieved through the expansion of busbars.
Insulation and safety:
Using SF6 gas (absolute pressure 1.4 bar at 20 ℃) or N ₂ composite gas insulation, the electrical clearance is small, and the volume is reduced by more than 50% compared to traditional switchgear.
Equipped with explosion-proof pressure relief channels and five prevention interlocking devices, in case of abnormalities, pressure is relieved through explosion-proof diaphragms to ensure personnel safety.
