Pre installation inspection:
To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the circuit breaker, it must be inspected before installation.
After disassembling the packaging, first check the appearance of the circuit breaker, such as whether the insulation protection layer on the conductive pole is intact, whether there are cracks and other defects, how the appearance surface is, whether there is damage caused by transportation, and whether the nameplate data is the same as the ordering requirements.
Check if the random attachments, spare parts, and documents are complete.
Manually test 5-10 times to check the performance of the circuit breaker and operating mechanism. They should be able to open and close flexibly, and the "open", "close", and "energy storage" indications should be correct.
Conduct a 42kV/1-minute power frequency withstand voltage test on the main circuit and the break, phase to phase and relative to ground, and control parts of the circuit breaker.
Installation:
Make a fixed bracket according to the installation dimensions of the circuit breaker and the requirements of the power engineering, and firmly fix the circuit breaker on the bracket.
The bolts connecting the wire terminals to the circuit breaker inlet and outlet terminals should be tightened to ensure good contact.
The wiring connection of the control circuit is correct.
use:
When the circuit breaker is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, pull the energy storage handle and repeat the operation 7-8 times. When the energy storage is completed, the circuit breaker is closed. When the circuit breaker is opened, pull the opening ring to open the circuit breaker.
When the circuit breaker is equipped with an electric operating mechanism, the motor power supply is connected, which means that the motor stores energy. After the energy storage is completed, the closing button can be operated or the closing pull ring can be pulled to achieve closing; When disconnecting, operate the disconnect button or pull the disconnect pull tab.
The combination circuit breaker should be operated according to the following procedure:
When opening, the circuit breaker should be disconnected first, and then the isolation contact knife should be disconnected. At this time, the circuit breaker cannot be closed under the limit of the interlocking device;
When closing the circuit breaker, the isolation switch must be closed in place first. At this point, the interlocking device is released before closing the circuit breaker.

The circuit breaker is equipped with a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and the box is filled with dry air at normal pressure, so the main body of the circuit breaker is maintenance free. The main inspection is to check the friction of the moving parts in the operating mechanism, and inject lubricating oil into the moving parts. This can be checked every 2-3 years.
The main purpose of the isolation switch is to check whether there are red oxide traces on its contact parts caused by overheating. If there are, they should be polished with fine gauze and coated with conductive paste to remove dirt from the contact parts and insulation surfaces. This item can be checked once a year.
