The expansion busbar adopts plug-in silicone connectors, fully insulated and shielded to ensure reliable conductivity and is not affected by the surrounding environment. Common problems and solutions during installation:
Handcart operation malfunction:
Problem: The handcart cannot move or is difficult to operate.
Reason: The secondary wire plug is not properly plugged in, the locking device is not opened, or there is mechanical jamming.
Solution: Check the plug connection, ensure that the locking device is released, and lubricate the mechanical components.
Wall sleeve shattered:
Problem: SF6 gas leakage and pressure drop.
Reason: The wall sleeve may break due to hard connection stress or installation deformation.
Solution: Adopt a flexible connection method (such as copper busbar flexible connection) to reduce stress concentration.
Installation is not standardized:
Problem: The cabinet arrangement is not neat, the grounding is poor, or the gap between the busbars is insufficient.
Solution: Adjust the levelness of the cabinet according to the specifications, ensure that the cross-section of the grounding wire meets the standard, and check the fixing of the busbar.
