Based on its sterile, convenient, and compliant characteristics, this sampler is widely used in fields that require high hygiene and operational efficiency for liquid sampling:
Food and beverage industryUsed for sampling low viscosity liquids such as fruit juice, edible oil, syrup, dairy products, etc., to detect ingredients, microbial indicators, or pollutants, in compliance with food grade safety standards.
Pharmaceutical and Biological IndustrySuitable for sampling sterile or non sterile liquids such as pharmaceuticals, solvents, purified water, etc., to avoid cross contamination and meet strict production standards such as GMP.
chemical industrySample and analyze low viscosity chemical raw materials (such as lubricating oil, cleaning agents, additive solutions) to ensure product purity and batch stability.
laboratory testingIn environmental monitoring, water quality analysis and other scenarios, it is used to collect liquid samples to ensure that the samples are not contaminated and improve the accuracy of detection results.
Preparation phase
Select appropriate specifications based on sampling requirements:
Length: 450mm (80ml) suitable for shallow containers such as reagent bottles and small storage tanks, 1100mm (225ml) suitable for deep barrels and large storage tanks;
Sterility: The sterile version (marked with "S") is used in scenarios that require a sterile environment (such as pharmaceutical solutions), while the non sterile version is used for general testing.
Take out the sampler directly from the independent packaging without cleaning or pre-treatment.
Sampling operation
Auto close: Push the sampler to the bottom of the container, and the bottom valve will automatically close due to contact with the bottom of the container, completing the sampling process;
Manual closure: At any depth in the liquid, press the top button to close the valve and lock the sample.
Insert the sampler into the liquid to be sampled (such as a storage tank or container), and choose the closing method according to the needs:
Sample transfer
Take out the sampler, align it with the collection container, open the valve (operate the reverse button or structure), release the sample into the container, and complete the sampling.
subsequent processing
As a disposable product, it is directly discarded after use without the need for cleaning or disinfection, avoiding the risk of cross contamination caused by repeated use.
In a sterile production environment, the characteristics of clean room production and independent packaging can directly meet the requirements of sterile sampling, eliminating the tedious process of cleaning validation;
The rapid sampling design for low viscosity liquids can improve the sampling efficiency of production lines or laboratories, especially suitable for high-frequency detection of batch samples;
Comply with food and pharmaceutical regulations in multiple countries, ensure compliant use in cross industry and cross-border production scenarios, and reduce risks caused by non compliant materials or operations.
