Brief Introduction
JCM-7000 has the following functions:
1. Zeromag function that allows observation of SEM images by simply magnifying the optical image
2. Live analysis function that can identify elements in the image field of view even without switching to EDS mode
3. Live3D function for 3D observation of SEM images
If a JCM-7000 is placed next to an optical microscope, impurity analysis and quality management can be carried out more quickly and in detail.
