Pulse vacuum sterilizerEfficient sterilization can be achieved through multiple cycles of "vacuuming and steam filling" to remove air. The improvement of efficiency and energy saving needs to be coordinated from three aspects: parameter optimization, equipment design, and operating standards.
1、 Core parameter optimization: precise control of sterilization process
Pulse frequency and vacuum degree
Key function: The number of pulsations directly affects the air exclusion rate. Experiments have shown that 3 pulsations can eliminate 99.2% of the cold air, ensuring that steam fully penetrates the interior of the item and eliminating sterilization blind spots.
Optimization suggestions:
Conventional instrument sterilization uses 3 pulsations, while complex structural items (such as luminal instruments) can be increased to 4 pulsations;
The vacuum degree needs to reach -0.08MPa or above, and with the help of a high-precision vacuum pump, the pumping time can be shortened.
Sterilization temperature and time
Temperature selection:
121 ℃: Suitable for most heat-resistant instruments, sterilization time 1200-1800 seconds;
132 ℃: Rapid sterilization mode, shortened to 300-500 seconds, suitable for emergency needs.
Time control:
PID control is adopted during the heating stage, with the PID opening set to 60% in the early stage to shorten the time, and then reduced to 20% to stabilize the temperature in the later stage;
During the sterilization stage, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature fluctuation is ≤ ± 2 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 2 ℃, a warning will be triggered, and when it exceeds 4 ℃, the machine will automatically shut down.
Optimization of drying stage
Vacuum drying: By vacuuming multiple times (usually 3 times) to reduce the humidity inside the chamber, the drying time can be adjusted from 0 to 9999 seconds;
Energy saving technique: Utilize equipment waste heat for pre drying to reduce additional energy consumption.
2、 Energy saving design of equipment: reducing operating costs
energy recovery system
Soda internal circulation technology: Recovering condensed water through a 19L water tank, preheating the inlet water temperature, and reducing steam consumption;
Heat exchanger condensate recovery: The heat from steam condensate is used to preheat the incoming water, achieving an energy-saving efficiency of 30%.
Upgrading insulation materials
10mm glass wool insulation layer: reduces heat loss from the cavity, lowers heating frequency, and extends equipment lifespan.
Intelligent control and monitoring
Fully automatic PLC control: automatically matching sterilization program according to item type (such as liquid program 121 ℃ 30 minutes anti boiling);
Built in thermal printer: Real time recording of sterilization parameters (temperature, pressure, time) for easy traceability and optimization.
3、 Optimization of operating standards: reducing human energy consumption and waste
Preprocessing and loading specifications
Item pretreatment: Thoroughly clean the surface stains of the equipment to avoid repeated sterilization due to impurities during the sterilization stage;
Reasonable loading:
Textile items (such as dressings) are placed on the upper layer, while metal items (such as surgical instruments) are placed on the lower layer;
Avoid overloading, ensure steam circulation, and reduce sterilization time.
Pulse vacuum sterilizerDaily maintenance and inspection
Safety valve calibration: The interlayer and inner chamber safety valves need to be calibrated every six months to ensure that they open at ≤ 0.23MPa and close at ≥ 0.21MPa;
Sealed door inspection: Before each use, confirm that the door gasket is not damaged and that there is no air leakage after the cabinet door is closed;
Pressure gauge calibration: After the steam is exhausted, the pressure gauge should display "0", otherwise maintenance is required.
B-D Testing and Quality Control
Daily first run test: Use B-D test paper to test the air removal effect. If the test paper turns black evenly, it is considered qualified;
Biological monitoring: Conduct weekly biological indicator monitoring to ensure sterilization effectiveness meets standards.
