  Reactive System Screening InstrumentIt is an advanced experimental equipment that integrates automation control, real-time monitoring, and data analysis. It is mainly used for rapid screening and optimization of chemical reaction systems, and plays an important role in new material research and development, drug synthesis, environmental protection, and other fields. This device provides researchers with a wealth of valuable data by precisely controlling reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure, pH value, stirring speed, and real-time monitoring of key parameters during the reaction process such as reaction rate, conversion rate, product distribution, changes in substance concentration, acidity and alkalinity, and gas generation and consumption. Its core components include the reaction module, control system, and analysis system: the reaction module is usually composed of multiple independent reactors, which can simulate different reaction environments; The control system ensures the accuracy and repeatability of the experiment; The analysis system monitors the reaction process in real time through sensors and detectors, and transmits the data to the computer for processing and analysis.
  Reactive System Screening InstrumentMaintenance and upkeep:
1、 Daily maintenance after use
Clean the sample area
After each test, use a dust-free cloth or compressed air to remove any residue from the sample stage, furnace mouth, and sealing ring;
If the sample is corrosive (such as acid, alkali, halogen compounds), it should be wiped with a suitable solvent (such as ethanol, acetone) and thoroughly dried.
Check the seals and interfaces
The high-pressure screening instrument needs to check whether the O-ring and metal gasket are aging, deformed, or contaminated;
Replace seals contaminated or scratched by the sample to prevent leakage.
Cooling system maintenance
Ensure that the cooling water or liquid nitrogen supply pipeline is unobstructed;
Check if the cooling water temperature and flow rate are normal (especially for DSC equipment).
2、 Regular maintenance (recommended weekly/monthly)
Sensor calibration verification
Calibrate temperature and heat signals using standard substances such as indium, tin, and zinc;
The pressure sensor can be validated using a standard pressure source;
Gas analysis modules (such as MS, FTIR) require baseline and sensitivity checks.
Inspection of furnace body and heating elements
Observe whether there is carbon deposition, corrosion, or cracks in the heating furnace;
Clean up the deposition of volatile substances in the furnace (to avoid affecting heat conduction).
Gas pipeline purging
Blow the intake/exhaust pipelines with high-purity inert gases (N ₂, Ar) to prevent cross contamination;
Replace the intake filter (to prevent particles, moisture, and oil stains).
3、 Quarterly/Half Year Deep Maintenance
Vacuum/pressure system leak detection
Perform helium mass spectrometry leak detection or pressure decay testing on closed reaction tanks or high-pressure reactors to ensure system airtightness (especially for ARC or high-pressure DSC).
Electronic system dust removal
After turning off the power, open the computer case and use an anti-static brush or vacuum cleaner to clean the circuit board and fan dust accumulation;
Check if the wiring terminals are loose.
Software and Data Backup
Backup method library, calibration parameters, user data;
Update firmware or drivers (as notified by the manufacturer).
4、 Annual professional maintenance (recommended to be carried out by manufacturer engineers)
Comprehensive calibration
Joint calibration of multiple parameters such as temperature, heat, pressure, and gas flow rate;
Compliant with ISO/IEC 17025 or GLP requirements.
Key component replacement
Replace aging heating wires, thermocouples, sealing rings, fuses and other vulnerable parts;
Check if the lining of the high-pressure vessel (such as Hastelloy, PTFE) is corroded.
Security system testing
Verify whether the interlock protection functions such as overheating, overpressure, and gas leakage are normal;
Check if the emergency relief valve and bursting disc are within their valid period.
