Domestic spectrometers are key instruments for modern optical detection, scientific research analysis, and industrial monitoring. They can accurately capture the wavelength, intensity, and profile of optical signals with sub nanometer resolution (up to 0.02nm), and are widely used in fields such as laser characterization, fluorescence spectroscopy, plasma diagnostics, environmental monitoring, and biomedical imaging. The performance of domestically produced spectrometers relies on the highly integrated and collaborative optimization of multiple precision optical and electronic modules.


1、 Slit and collimation system
The incident slit (usually 5-100 μ m optional) determines the spectral resolution - the narrower the slit, the higher the resolution, but the lower the luminous flux. After passing through the slit, the light is collimated into a parallel beam by a high-precision non spherical or parabolic reflector, ensuring uniform dispersion and reducing aberrations in the subsequent process.
2、 High engraved line density grating
Using holographic or engraved planar/concave diffraction gratings with a line density of up to 1200-2400 lines/mm, the composite light is finely separated by wavelength. Some models are equipped with dual grating turrets, which can switch between different bands (such as 200-400nm ultraviolet and 400-1100nm visible and near-infrared), balancing wide spectral coverage and high resolution.
3、 Focused Optics and Detectors
The dispersed spectrum is projected onto the detector focal plane through a focusing mirror. High resolution models commonly use back illuminated CCD or sCMOS sensors, which have high quantum efficiency (>90%), low dark current (<0.001 e/pix/s), and deep cooling (-10 ℃ to -40 ℃), significantly improving signal-to-noise ratio and weak light detection capability.
4、 Fiber optic interface and optical coupling
Standard SMA905 or FC/PC fiber optic interface, compatible with various sampling accessories such as integrating spheres, probes, microscopes. The optimized fiber slit coupling design minimizes light energy loss and ensures efficient transmission from the sample to the spectrometer.
5、 Embedded Control and Software Systems
Built in FPGA or ARM processor for real-time data acquisition and preprocessing; The supporting software supports automatic wavelength calibration (mercury argon lamp reference), dark background subtraction, peak position recognition, multispectral overlay, and API secondary development, meeting the needs of scientific research and industrial automation.
