The thread comprehensive measuring machine is a fully automatic high-precision instrument used to detect thread gauges and various parameters of parts, mainly used for quality control of industrial products.
Thread comprehensive measuring machines usually use imported high-precision grating measurement systems, high-precision air bearing drive systems, etc. By using a high-precision air bearing system to drive the measuring needle to contact and scan the measured thread, a grating measurement system is used to record the horizontal and vertical coordinates during the contact scanning process. The two-dimensional recorded data is then synthesized by a computer and analyzed and calculated according to the relevant definitions of thread parameters to obtain various parameters of the thread.
Parameter measurement: It can automatically detect the comprehensive parameters of various internal and external dimension gauges such as cylindrical thread plug gauge, cylindrical thread ring gauge, cone thread plug gauge, etc., such as working diameter, single diameter, large diameter, small diameter, pitch, tooth profile angle, etc. It can also detect comprehensive parameters of large slope threads such as trapezoidal threads, skewed trapezoidal threads, serrated threads, as well as single head and multi head threads.
Data processing: One measurement can automatically record and display thread data and various thread parameters at any position, automatically generate curve graphs, related parameter data, and analysis charts for the verified thread. The measurement records are managed by a centralized database, which can be queried and managed according to various conditions. The calibration data can also be output to documents such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and various formats such as Word and PDF reports can be output, and custom reports are supported.
Application scenarios
Mechanical manufacturing: Testing the machining accuracy of threaded parts to ensure assembly compatibility (such as the fit between bolts and nuts).
Automotive industry: Verify the thread quality of key components such as engines and transmission systems to ensure driving safety.
Aerospace: Measuring high-precision thread gauges (such as plug gauges and ring gauges) to meet reliability requirements in harsh environments.
Metrology laboratory: used as a standard equipment to calibrate other thread measurement tools and maintain the accuracy of value transmission.
