Used for continuous measurement of road dust load.

working principle

When the car is in motion, the tires will lift up the floating dust on the road surface. Near the tires, a sampling gun is installed to extract gas and enter the mixing chamber,Then, using a laser scattering particle analyzer, the gas in the mixing chamber is extracted to measure the concentration of particles smaller than 100um in the gas, and the road dust load is correlated with the concentration, vehicle speed, etc. The system automatically calculates the road dust load.

Main functions and indicators

High negative pressure vacuum pump, with a suction negative pressure of not less than 12kpa.

Collect flow rate at the tire: greater than 20L/min, load capacity greater than 10Kpa.

● Exhaust flow rate at the tire: greater than 10m/s.

Sampling flow rate of TSP tester: greater than 1.0L/min.

The measuring range of the tester is 0-30mg/m ³, with a resolution of 1ug/m ³.

Measurement range of road dust load: 0-30g/m ².

● System endurance: greater than 5 hours.

The main function of the system is to automatically upload GPS information of the vehicle and test data.

The sampling system can perform aerial detection and quickly collect the concentration of dust accumulation on large areas of roads.

Sampling and data processing are carried out inside the vehicle to ensure the personal safety of the sampling personnel.

Real time calculation of road dust concentration during the sampling process and uploading to the monitoring center to ensure data timeliness.

This system has GPS positioning function and is equipped with a data monitoring center.

The monitoring center can display the current sampling vehicle location and the latest sampling data, and draw the sampling trajectory based on dust concentration and latitude and longitude coordinates.

After the sampling vehicle starts sampling, the sampling data is sent to the handheld client through the wireless data transmission module. The handheld client uploads the data to the monitoring center through GPRS, and the monitoring center summarizes the data of each detection point and forms a historical data report and concentration line chart.
