Industrial and scientific microwave application logic 5 (do not use electric furnace logic to view microwave)

Do not view microwave heating from the perspective of resistance furnace heating. Electric furnaces are used for environmental heating, conducting convective radiation. For materials, they have a positive gradient of external heat and internal cooling. Microwave is used for medium heating, which is internal heat of materials and a negative gradient of external cooling and internal heating. (Of course, the premise is that the microwave is fully penetrated; there are often user misconceptions.) (1) Environmental temperature: requires multi-point consistency; (2) Multi temperature zone: The electric furnace has three temperature zones, which do not affect each other. The microwave has multiple temperature zones and must have multiple chambers; (3) Heating rate: Traditional electric furnace wires or space temperature, resistance heating is easy to control, and should be more based on environmental speed rather than material speed. Microwave is the material speed (limitations: absorption capacity, upper limit of energy, heat absorption and release).
