Microwave vacuum high-temperature furnace is a new type of material high-temperature product based on the heating principle of microwave muffle furnace and combined with vacuum high-temperature furnace design technology. It combines the advantages of microwave high-temperature rapid heating and vacuum environment treatment. According to different design ideas of vacuum systems, it is divided into box type vacuum and instrument type vacuum. The former is usually a microwave vacuum high-temperature furnace structure, while the latter is usually a microwave vacuum high-temperature tube furnace structure.
