After each test, the injection line, reaction tank, and titration line should be immediately rinsed with distilled water or deionized water to prevent residual potassium permanganate, sulfuric acid, and other reagents from blocking or corroding the components.
Instrument cleaning:
Shell cleaning: Use warm water and a soft cloth to wipe, avoiding the corrosion of the surface by organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone.
Mirror protection: Do not touch optical components with hands or hard objects to prevent contamination or scratches.
Environment and Storage:
When storing, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight or high temperature and humidity environments.
When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to turn on the instrument 1-2 times a week for 30 minutes each time to maintain its performance.
