The common problems and solutions of the fully automatic COD analyzer are as follows:
Alarm for failure to collect reagents or water samples:
Sampling tube blockage: Check and clean or replace the blocked pipeline.
Nine way valve blockage: Disassemble, clean or replace the nine way valve.
Sampling tube leakage: Check and tighten the screws connecting the sampling tube and the nine way valve.
Unrecognized high and low position signals: Check the signal board and high and low position light sources, and replace the light sources if necessary.
No relative test reagents: Check and supplement the corresponding reagents.
Peristaltic pump tube damaged or not tightened: Check the pump tube and replace and tighten it if damaged.
Reagent reflux issue:
Nine way valve series valve: Remove, repair or replace the nine way valve.
Broken plug of digestion tank: Replace the white silk fixed black soft leather pad plug of the digestion tank.
Electromagnetic valve no response:
Poor sealing of digestion tank: Check and ensure good sealing.
Solenoid valve coil burned out: Replace the solenoid valve coil.
Poor contact of control wire: Check and replace the control wire from PLC to solenoid valve relay.
