The PTZL series direct cooling ultra-low temperature refrigeration machine is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a heat exchange system, a control system, a box, etc. It is designed with functions such as rapid refrigeration, constant temperature control, defrosting, and automatic refrigerant recovery. The refrigeration system adopts single machine self stacking technology, and the temperature can reach -150 ℃. The compressor and main refrigeration components are all made of international brands. The heat exchange system consists of high-efficiency heat exchangers, connecting pipelines, insulation, and other components. The control system adopts Siemens PLC programmable controller, which has fast constant temperature calculation output function. The internal temperature control accuracy within the working range is less than ± 0.5 ℃, and the high-definition touch screen display is equipped with multiple protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. By cooling the unit itself, low-temperature refrigerant is injected into the cooling tray to meet the process requirements.
