Nitrogen concentration online detectorIt is a professional equipment used for real-time monitoring of nitrogen concentration in the environment, with wide applications in multiple fields. Various advanced technologies are commonly used to detect nitrogen concentration, including electrochemical sensors, infrared spectroscopy, thermal conductivity principles, etc. These technologies each have their own advantages and disadvantages, and are suitable for different application scenarios. For example, electrochemical sensors determine nitrogen concentration by measuring the current signal generated when nitrogen comes into contact with electrodes; The infrared spectroscopy method utilizes the absorption characteristics of nitrogen molecules towards infrared light to measure their concentration; The principle of thermal conductivity is based on the fact that different gases have different thermal conductivities, and the concentration of nitrogen is calculated by measuring the change in thermal conductivity of the mixed gas.
Nitrogen concentration online detectorMaintenance and upkeep:
1、 Regular calibration
Calibration frequency: Based on usage frequency and environmental conditions, it is generally recommended to calibrate every 3-6 months. If the detection environment is harsh (such as high dust, high humidity) or high concentration gases are frequently detected, calibration should be shortened to once every 1-3 months.
Calibration method: Use a standard gas that matches the detection gas (such as high-purity nitrogen or a specific concentration of nitrogen standard gas when detecting nitrogen) for calibration. Prioritize the use of the "two-point calibration method" (zero point calibration+standard gas calibration), and complete the operation through the equipment's built-in calibration function.
Calibration records: After calibration, information such as calibration date, standard gas concentration, and calibration results should be recorded for tracking and auditing purposes.
2、 Daily cleaning
Appearance cleaning: After daily use, use a clean soft cloth dipped in a small amount of water or neutral cleaner (such as alcohol) to wipe the device casing, display screen, and buttons to remove surface dust and oil stains. Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents (such as strong acids and alkalis) to prevent damage to the casing or screen.
Air path cleaning: Regularly check the air inlet and dust filter. If the dust filter is found to be blocked (with obvious dust or foreign objects), it needs to be removed and blown back with compressed air (pressure ≤ 0.3MPa), or replaced with a new dust filter. Do not use sharp objects to clean the air inlet to avoid damaging the air path seal.
Sensor cleaning: For exposed sensors, gently wipe the surface with a dry cotton swab (only applicable to cleanable types), and do not touch or wet the sensor core components. For fixed sensors, it is necessary to regularly check whether the protective cover is intact to avoid direct intrusion of dust and water vapor.
3、 Component maintenance
Sensor replacement: Sensors have a fixed service life (usually 1-3 years, depending on the gas type and frequency of use). When the device prompts "sensor aging" or continuous decrease in detection accuracy, it is necessary to replace the original factory adapted sensor. After replacement, it must be recalibrated before use. When replacing, the device power should be turned off to avoid static electricity damaging the new sensor.
Battery maintenance: For portable detectors, batteries are an important energy source. Regular charging should be carried out to avoid excessive discharge of the battery. When the device is not used for a long time (more than 1 month), it should be fully charged before storage, and recharged every 3 months to prevent the battery from being depleted and scrapped. If the battery life is significantly reduced (less than 50% of the rated time), it is necessary to replace the original battery of the same model in a timely manner.
Seal inspection: Regularly check whether the sealing strips of the equipment's outer shell and the sealing gaskets of the gas path interface are aging or cracked. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent external gas from infiltrating and affecting the test results. Especially when detecting toxic and harmful gases, seal failure may lead to distorted detection data.
4、 Environmental management
Usage environment: Ensure that the equipment is used in a suitable environment and avoid exposure to harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and strong electromagnetic fields. It is generally recommended to have a temperature range of -10 ℃ to 50 ℃ and a relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
Installation position: The fixed detector needs to be regularly checked for a secure installation bracket and loose cable connections. If installed outdoors, it is necessary to confirm whether the rain and sun protection covers are intact to prevent rainwater from entering the equipment and causing short circuits.
5、 Software Update
Software version check: Some nitrogen concentration online detectors may be equipped with corresponding software for data processing, equipment control, etc. Users should regularly check software versions, update them in a timely manner to fix potential issues and improve device performance.
Update operation: Follow the instrument manual or manufacturer's guidance to perform software update operations to avoid equipment failures caused by improper operation.
6、 Storage and transportation
Portable device storage: For portable detectors that are not used for a long time, the battery (if removable) needs to be removed and stored separately. The device and battery should be placed separately in moisture-proof bags. Before storage, it is necessary to ensure that the device is cleaned and turned off to avoid accidentally pressing buttons and consuming electricity.
Fixed equipment maintenance: Fixed detectors that are not used for a long time need to be regularly turned on and run for a period of time to maintain equipment activity. At the same time, dust and moisture prevention measures should be taken to avoid equipment damage.
Transportation precautions: During transportation, avoid strong vibrations or collisions to prevent damage to internal components. For precision instruments, it is recommended to use specialized packaging boxes for transportation.
7、 Fault handling
Fault identification: In the process of use, if any abnormal situations are found in the equipment (such as display errors, inaccurate measurements, etc.), the machine should be stopped and checked in a timely manner.
Troubleshooting: Try to troubleshoot according to the device's user manual or fault prompt information. If the problem cannot be solved, you can contact professional maintenance personnel or manufacturers for repair.
Maintenance records: Record the maintenance status of equipment, including maintenance time, maintenance content, maintenance personnel, and other information. This helps users understand the maintenance history of the equipment and provides reference for subsequent maintenance and upkeep.
