Environmental Requirements

Place in a cool, dry, and well ventilated area, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and strong electromagnetic interference sources.

The ground should be level and stable, with a distance of ≥ 10cm between the box and the wall, and a reserved space of ≥ 30cm at the top to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.

Environmental temperature range: 5 ℃~32 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, air pressure 86kPa~106kPa.

Equipment inspection

Confirm that the power socket is well grounded and the power cord is not damaged.

Check if the sealing strip of the box door is intact to avoid temperature leakage.

Clean the inner container and shelves to ensure there are no residues or stains.

Start the device

Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, the display screen lights up, and the device enters self-test mode.

Wait for the compressor to complete the 1-minute and 30 second delay protection (to avoid frequent start stop damage to the compressor).

Parameter Settings

Temperature setting:

Press the "SET" button, and the last digit of the temperature display will flash. Use the "▲" or "▼" keys to adjust the set value (range: 5 ℃~50 ℃).

After confirming the settings, press the "ENTER" key to save.

Time setting (optional):

Press the "SET" button until the "minute" digital display flashes, adjust the minute count (up to 59 minutes); Press the "SET" button again until the "hour" digital display flashes, and adjust the number of hours (up to 99 hours).

If timing is not required, ensure that the "ST" character is displayed and the SV screen is set to "0".

Cooling mode selection (if required):

When the set temperature is 5 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature, set the cooling switch to "RT+5 ℃";

When the set temperature is close to or lower than the ambient temperature, select the "automatic" mode.

Put in the culture

Open the box door and evenly place the sterilized culture (culture dishes, test tubes, etc.) on the shelf, avoiding blocking the ventilation openings.

Leave space above, below, and around to ensure smooth airflow.

Close the box door and ensure good sealing.

operation monitoring

Real time viewing of temperature, time and other parameters through the display screen.

If lighting is required, press the "lighting switch"; Close after use to reduce the impact of upper layer temperature.

Regularly check the condition of the culture through the observation window to avoid temperature fluctuations caused by frequent door opening.

Stop cultivating

When the cultivation time reaches the set value or manually stops, press the "stop" button.

After waiting for the temperature inside the box to drop to near room temperature, open the box door and take out the culture.

Turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug (when not in use for a long time).
