It utilizes the unique characteristics of plasma, the fourth state of matter, to achieve deep surface treatment of materials, and requires precise matching of process parameters for different materials in order to balance cleaning effectiveness and material integrity.

The core working principle of plasma cleaning machine is the synergistic process of "plasma generation" and "active action". The device ionizes working gases such as argon and oxygen in the chamber through energy input such as radio frequency and microwave, forming a plasma containing electrons, ions, and active free radicals. These high-energy particles, on the one hand, bombard the surface of materials at high speed, removing pollutants such as oil stains and oxide layers (physical bombardment effect); On the other hand, by decomposing organic residues through chemical reactions, polar groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups can be introduced on the surface of the material (chemical activation effect), which not only completes cleaning but also enhances surface activity, and only acts on the nanoscale surface without damaging the material itself.

The material properties determine the differences in process parameters, which is a key criterion for plasma cleaning. For metal materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, surface oxide layer and oil stains are the main cleaning targets, and power and time need to be balanced: usually set the power to 300-500W, processing time to 5-10 minutes, vacuum degree controlled at 50-100Pa, oxygen is used to enhance the oxidation cleaning effect, and copper and other easily oxidizable metals need to be cleaned and immediately treated to avoid secondary pollution.
The core process of plastic products is "gentle cleaning+activity enhancement". Non polar plastics such as PP and PE have low surface energy, and the power needs to be controlled between 200-300W for 3-5 minutes. Oxygen or argon oxygen mixed gas is used to introduce polar groups; Thermal sensitive plastics such as PC and ABS need to use pulse mode to avoid deformation caused by continuous discharge. If necessary, nitrogen gas should be used to ensure cleanliness and warmth.
The focus of processing inorganic non-metallic materials such as glass and ceramics is to enhance surface activity to meet the requirements of coating and bonding. The process strength can be appropriately increased: power of 400-600W, time of 8-12 minutes, and plasma activity can be enhanced in a low vacuum environment of 30-80Pa. However, special coated glass needs to adapt parameters in advance to avoid damaging the coating. Composite materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic need to be processed in sections, first cleaned as a whole with low power (150-200W) for a short period of time, and then locally strengthened. The selection of gas should take into account the characteristics of the substrate and the reinforcing fibers.

The core logic of its process adaptation lies in regulating energy input, gas type, and processing time based on the physical and chemical properties of the material.
