The wide plasma cleaning machine has 6 detection functions
Date: 2025-12-12Read: 0
The wide width plasma cleaning machine adopts a highly stable phase-shifting full bridge soft switch circuit, with two data transmission methods of digital communication and analog communication. Through the powerful data processing function of ARM chip, the equipment is digitally controlled, and the customer's production line can achieve unified monitoring of the control system, making the cleaning effect more stable and durable, enhancing anti-interference performance, reducing failure rate, controlling maintenance costs, improving production capacity, and effectively reducing production costs.
The analysis of the six detection functions of the wide plasma cleaning machine is as follows:
1. Air pressure detection
Real time monitoring of process gas pressure to ensure plasma generation stability. Pressure fluctuations can directly affect the density and distribution of active components in the plasma, thereby affecting the cleaning effect. This function provides real-time feedback of air pressure data through sensors, avoiding uneven processing or equipment failures caused by abnormal air pressure.
2. Mainboard temperature detection
Monitor the temperature of the core control board of the monitoring equipment to prevent overheating and damage. When the plasma cleaning machine operates under high load for a long time, the motherboard may experience high temperatures due to excessive current or insufficient heat dissipation, leading to circuit failures or performance degradation. The temperature detection function can trigger the over temperature protection mechanism, extending the lifespan of the equipment.
3. Transformer arc voltage detection
Track the output arc voltage of the transformer to ensure plasma excitation efficiency. Arc voltage is a key parameter for plasma generation, and its abnormalities may reflect issues such as transformer aging, electrode wear, or power supply fluctuations. Through real-time detection, potential faults can be alerted in advance to avoid processing interruptions.
4. Primary peak current detection of transformer for wide width plasma cleaning machine
Analyze the peak current on the primary side of the transformer and evaluate the load status. Abnormal current may indicate power system failure or excessive load. This function helps optimize power configuration and prevent equipment overload operation by monitoring current changes.
5. Grid current detection
Monitor the input grid current to ensure power supply stability. Voltage fluctuations or unstable currents in the power grid can affect the output power of the plasma, leading to fluctuations in the cleaning effect. This function can provide real-time feedback on the status of the power grid, providing stable power support for devices.
6. Spray gun speed detection
Control the rotation speed of the plasma spray gun to adapt to different processing requirements. The speed of the spray gun directly affects the coverage and uniformity of the plasma, for example, high-speed rotation is required when processing large areas of materials, while low-speed stability is required for precision machining. This function achieves precise speed adjustment through closed-loop control, improving processing flexibility.
