Multi layer light incubator: a good helper for precise control of experiments
Date: 2025-12-17Read: 0

In fields such as biological cultivation and agricultural research, light incubators are indispensable experimental equipment, and multi-layer light incubators have become the preferred choice for many researchers due to their unique performance advantages. It not only achieves precise control in core functions, but also performs excellently in energy consumption, lifespan, and space utilization, providing a stable and reliable environmental guarantee for experimental development.

The core feature of the multi-layer light incubator is particularly prominent, accurately adapting to the strict requirements of various experiments for light and temperature and humidity environments. In terms of light regulation, it supports arbitrary adjustment of the ratio of red to blue light, combined with single wavelength settings of 650nm for red light, 450nm for blue light, and 730nm for far-infrared light. It can customize exclusive light schemes according to the growth needs of different cultivation objects; Simultaneously achieving infinite adjustment of light intensity to meet the requirements of multi gradient experiments from low to high light. In terms of temperature and humidity control, the equipment has advanced precision in temperature and humidity control, with temperature fluctuations as low as ± 0.2 ℃ or ± 0.3 ℃, and humidity fluctuations of only ± 2% RH or ± 3% RH. It also does not frost during operation, effectively avoiding the impact of unstable temperature and humidity or frost problems on the cultured samples. In addition, the device also has the advantages of low energy consumption and long lifespan, with a light energy consumption rate as low as 50mW/Lm (i.e. a light conversion rate of 20Lm/W), which can significantly reduce experimental costs in long-term use; The compact structural design significantly reduces the footprint and provides convenience for optimizing laboratory space.
In addition to its core features, the basic parameters of the multi-layer light incubator further demonstrate its professionalism and practicality, and all indicators are scientifically set around experimental needs. In terms of spatial configuration, the equipment layer height is flexibly adapted to different cultivation scenarios. The double-layer version has a layer height of 470-610mm, while the single-layer version has a layer height of 960-1240mm. The height of the storage rack can be adjusted, and the internal space can be freely planned according to the size of the cultivation container. The light source adjustment adopts a layered independent control mode, and each layer of light source can set parameters separately according to the needs, achieving multiple experiments to be conducted simultaneously without interfering with each other; The range of light intensity adjustment covers 0-5000LX (100mm below the light plate), accurately matching the light requirements for different plant growth and microbial cultivation. The temperature and humidity control range also conforms to the commonly used experimental range, with a temperature control range of 5-50 ℃ (0-50 ℃ in the absence of light) and a humidity control range of 50% -90% RH. It is widely used in various experimental scenarios such as seed germination, tissue culture, and microbial fermentation.
With flexible light regulation, precise temperature and humidity control, economical energy consumption performance, and compact space design, multi-layer light incubators provide stable and efficient environmental support for scientific research experiments, becoming important equipment in laboratories in fields such as biology, agriculture, and medicine.
