The usage method is as follows:
　　
1. Turn the power switch to the "l" position, the power indicator light will turn on, and there will be a digital display on the temperature controller
　　
2. Temperature setting
　　
a. When the required cooking temperature is the same as the set temperature, there is no principle to set it, otherwise it needs to be reset. First, press the function key "SET" on the temperature controller to enter the temperature setting state. The SV setting display will flash. Then, press the shift key "◢" in conjunction with the plus key "△" or minus key "". To complete the setting, press the function key "SET" to confirm.
　　
b. If there is no need to set 37~C, the original setting is 26.5~C. First press the function key "SET", then press the shift key "◢", move the cursor to the ten digit number on the display, and then press "△" to increase the ten digit number from "2" to "3". After setting the ten digit number, move the cursor to set the single digit and division digit numbers in sequence, so that the set temperature is displayed as 37~C. Press the function key "SET" to confirm, and the temperature setting is complete.
　　
3. Upper limit tracking alarm setting
　　
If the product has been set to a height of 10C before leaving the factory, do not set it. To reset, press the function key "SET" for 5 seconds, and the instrument will enter the upper limit tracking alarm setting state "ALl". Then press the shift key "◢" in conjunction with the plus key "△" or minus key "▽", and finally press the function key "SET" to confirm. The tracking alarm setting has ended.
