The most difficult thing to investigate is the leakage of the inner liner. It is necessary to pour some water inside the box, then close the door and vacuum it, and flip the box. If there are bubbles in a certain position, it is the leakage point. If possible, use argon arc welding to weld it. There are some other methods: inject nitrogen into the vacuum furnace and put down foam at the place where there is a possibility of leakage. If there is foam that continuously expands, it means there is a gap; Another method is to prepare a bucket of laundry detergent water and a syringe. Use the syringe to inject laundry detergent water into the area where you think it may leak. Carefully observe if there is a bubbling point at the injection site, which indicates that it is a leak.
　　
If the sealing of the box door is slightly loose, as long as the negative pressure inside the vacuum drying box reaches a certain level, there is no problem. First, create a vacuum and see if the negative pressure gauge can reach a standard atmospheric pressure. If the pointer changes slowly during the vacuum process, try pushing the door inward to see if it can be evacuated. If it can be evacuated, just tighten the door a few times. If pushing the door with your hands still doesn't work... It is very likely that the screws fixing the heating block on the inner liner are loose, and the rear baffle needs to be removed (please wear gloves and a mask during the removal process, as silicate materials are commonly used for insulation, which can be uncomfortable when in contact with the skin). Then find the heating element and tighten the screws fixing the heating block again.
