Clean the inner walls of the equipment with neutral cleaning agents to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
Vacuum system maintenance:
Regularly check the oil level and color of the vacuum pump, and replace it if it becomes darker or cloudy (recommended every 3-6 months).
Clean the intake filter of the vacuum pump to prevent blockage and affect the pumping efficiency.
Test the vacuum degree of the system, and if it drops by more than 10%, check for leakage points (such as welds and valves).
