Desktop ultrasonic cleaning machineEfficient cleaning is achieved by generating cavitation effect in liquid through high-frequency vibration (frequency ≥ 20kHz).
Desktop ultrasonic cleaning machineAttention to use:
1. Cleaning solution selection:
Select based on the type of stain and workpiece material: use neutral water-based cleaning agents (such as detergent diluent) to clean oil stains, use specialized organic solvents (such as ethanol, isopropanol) to clean stubborn stains (such as solder flux, photoresist), avoid using highly corrosive solutions, and prevent damage to the cleaning tank and workpiece;
The liquid height should be 1-2cm below the workpiece and not lower than the "* low liquid level line" of the cleaning tank (to prevent damage to the transducer due to air burning), and not exceed the "* high liquid level line" (to avoid overflow).
2. Parameter setting tips:
Frequency: Select high frequency (60-130kHz, mild impact) for precision and vulnerable workpieces (such as glass and jewelry), and low frequency (20-40kHz, strong impact) for stubborn stains and metal parts;
Temperature: 30-60 ℃ is ideal for most scenarios (increasing temperature can enhance the activity of cleaning agents), but plastic and rubber workpieces need to be below 50 ℃ to avoid deformation;
Time: 3-5 minutes for mild stains, 5-10 minutes for moderate stains, 10-15 minutes for stubborn stains (do not need to be too long to avoid excessive cleaning and damaging the workpiece).
3. Safety operation specifications:
Prohibit no-load operation (start without cleaning solution), otherwise the transducer may be damaged due to overheating;
During the cleaning process, avoid direct contact with the cleaning solution by hand (especially when using organic solvents or high temperatures), and wear gloves;
Avoid moving the instrument during operation to prevent the overflow of cleaning solution; When not in use for a long time, the cleaning tank should be emptied and dried before storage.
