Introduction to the structure of a 1200 degree high-temperature tube furnace
Date: 2025-10-17Read: 42
1200 ℃ high-temperature tube furnaceIt is a commonly used high-temperature heating equipment in laboratories and industrial applications. Its core function is to provide materials with a high-temperature environment below 1200 ℃, suitable for various scenarios such as high-temperature sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum annealing, etc.
  1200 ℃ high-temperature tube furnaceThe structure:
Furnace material: It is usually made of high-quality polycrystalline molybdenum fiber vacuum adsorption, which has good insulation performance, can effectively save energy, and has a uniform temperature field.
Heating element: High resistance high-quality alloy wire is generally used, and some parts also use silicon carbide rods as heating elements.
Furnace tube material: Common ones include quartz tubes, which have the characteristics of high temperature resistance and high transparency, making it easy to observe internal experimental conditions.
Gas path connection: quick connection flange structure is commonly used, which facilitates the retrieval and placement of materials, and improves the airtightness at both ends of the furnace tube. The gas path has a micro adjustable function for inlet and outlet gas.
Furnace structure: There are vertical and horizontal types, which can be divided into open and closed types. The open furnace allows for easy cleaning of furnace tubes and observation of material heating status; Part of it adopts a double-layer furnace shell structure, with a fan installed in the middle, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature and reduce the surface temperature of the furnace shell.
Precautions for use:
If the equipment is not used for more than one month, the furnace tube should be wiped clean, kept dry, the main power should be turned off, the plug should be unplugged, and a dust cover should be placed on the surface of the equipment.
Do not place heavy objects or corrosive substances on the furnace body to avoid deformation or damage to the shell.
Establish a maintenance ledger to record the time and content of each maintenance (such as replacing gaskets, calibrating temperature control), for easy tracking of equipment status.
