The solution is to use corrosion-resistant alloy electrodes and regularly polish and repair them; Real time monitoring and adjustment of electrolyte concentration, replenishment of lost components, and activation of electrolytic kinetic energy.
4. The equipment shuts down due to overheating. Poor cooling system is the main cause, with cooling fan failure, dust accumulation on the cooling fins, and heat accumulation that cannot be dissipated; Overloaded operation, long-term operation beyond rated current, resulting in heat generation far exceeding heat dissipation capacity. Regular cleaning of heat dissipation components and maintenance of fans should be carried out to ensure smooth heat dissipation; Operate according to the required specifications, avoid overload, and prevent equipment from overheating and shutting down.
