Take you to understand the temperature sensing closed-loop temperature box
Date: 2025-09-23Read: 1
A temperature sensing closed-loop temperature box is a type of temperature sensor that utilizesReal time temperature monitoring and dynamic controlThe core advantage of devices that achieve precise temperature control is the ability to continuously eliminate temperature deviations, maintain stable indoor environments, and are widely used in scientific research, medical, electronics, and other scenarios that require high temperature accuracy.

1、 Core working principle: "Monitoring Comparison Regulation" closed-loop cycle

Its core logic is "closed-loop control", which is different from the traditional open-loop temperature box mode of "only heating/cooling without feedback". The specific process is divided into three steps:
  1. real-time monitoringThe box is equipped with high-precision temperature sensors (such as platinum resistors and thermocouples), which collect temperature data from different points inside the box multiple times per second, avoiding the limitations of single point temperature measurement.
  2. data comparisonThe control system will compare the collected actual temperature with the user set target temperature (such as 25 ℃± 0.5 ℃) in real time and calculate the temperature deviation value.
  3. dynamic regulationIf the actual temperature is lower than the target value, the system automatically starts the heating module (such as electric heating tube, infrared heating); If it is higher than the target value, the refrigeration module (such as compressor refrigeration, semiconductor refrigeration) will be started, and the fan speed will be adjusted to optimize the airflow inside the box until the actual temperature returns to the target range, forming a closed-loop cycle of "monitoring comparison regulation" to ensure minimal temperature fluctuations.

2、 Key advantages: precision, stability, and strong adaptability

  • High temperature control accuracyThe temperature control accuracy of conventional models can reach ± 0.1 ℃ - ± 0.5 ℃, and some high-end models can even achieve ± 0.05 ℃, far superior to open-loop incubators (usually ± 1 ℃ - ± 2 ℃), suitable for scenarios such as cell culture and electronic component aging testing.
  • Strong anti-interference abilityWhen the external environment temperature changes (such as laboratory air conditioning on/off) or the samples inside the box heat up, the closed-loop system can respond quickly (response time is usually less than 10 seconds), avoiding significant temperature fluctuations and ensuring experimental or production stability.
  • Good functional adaptabilityMost domestic models can expand their functions according to demand, such as adding a humidity control module to achieve "temperature and humidity dual loop", or adding lighting and vibration suppression functions to adapt to special needs such as plant growth and drug stability testing.

3、 Typical application scenarios

  • Research field: Used for microbial cultivation, enzyme reaction experiments, and material thermal stability testing.
  • Medical field: storing reagents and vaccines that require constant temperature storage, or for performance testing of medical devices.
  • In the field of electronics, high and low temperature aging tests are conducted on electronic components such as chips and sensors to test their stability at different temperatures.
