The water level in the water tank should not be too high, as it may overflow or cause the wet bulb test cloth to absorb water abnormally, affecting the accuracy of the wet bulb. The water level should be kept at about six tenths full. The adjustment of the water level in the water tank can adjust the height of the water tank.

II Check the over temperature protector of the constant temperature and humidity box

When the constant temperature and humidity chamber is running, the maximum setting for over temperature protection should be increased by 20 ℃~30 ℃. When the temperature inside the constant temperature and humidity chamber rises to the set point for over temperature protection, the power supply to the heater will stop, and the 'OVERHEAT' over temperature warning light will light up but the fan will still run. If it runs for a long time without supervision, please make sure to check the over temperature protector before operation to ensure that it is properly set (the wet bulb over temperature protector is set to 120 ℃).

III Cleaning of dust from the condenser of a constant temperature and humidity box

The condenser should be regularly maintained on a monthly basis, using a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust attached to the condenser cooling mesh or using high-pressure air to spray the dust.

4 Replacement of Wet Ball Test Cloth for Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber

When the surface of the test cloth is not clean or hardened, or after completing temperature control, the test cloth must be replaced before continuing with temperature and humidity control. The test cloth should be replaced about every three months. When replacing, the temperature sensor should be wiped with a clean cloth. When replacing the new test cloth, it should be cleaned first.

Five Cleaning and maintenance of the inside and outside of the constant temperature and humidity box

(1) The constant temperature and humidity chamber should be cleaned of internal impurities before operation.

(2) The distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year, and a vacuum cleaner can be used to remove the indoor dust during cleaning.

(3) The exterior of the box should also be cleaned at least once a year, by wiping it with soapy water before cleaning.

VI Inspection and maintenance of humidifiers in constant temperature and humidity chambers

The water storage in the humidifier should be replaced once a month to ensure clean water quality, and the humidification water tray should be cleaned once a month to ensure smooth water flow.
