Deionized pure water machine is a device that uses physical and chemical methods to remove impurities such as ions, microorganisms, colors, odors, etc. from water and prepare high-purity water.
working principle
Ion exchange: It is the core process of deionized water machines, based on the ability of ions to form charged ions in electrolyte solutions. Impurity ions in water are exchanged with the resin through cation anion exchange resin to achieve the purpose of deionization. Cationic and cationic exchange resins have different exchange and functional groups, which can selectively adsorb and exchange different ions in water.
Reverse osmosis: It is an auxiliary process of deionized water purifiers, which uses the selective permeability principle of semi permeable membranes to trap solutions, impurities, and microorganisms in water outside the membrane, allowing only water molecules to pass through, achieving the goal of purifying water quality.
Product Features
Control system: It is usually equipped with a fully automatic microcomputer control system, such as a backlit LCD screen, which can display animated working status in real time throughout the process, intuitive and easy to read, and can also display flushing, full water, water production, water shortage, and maintenance status in real time.
Water quality monitoring: With online water quality monitoring function, it can monitor the water quality of raw water, RO reverse osmosis water or DI deionized water in real time.
Scale prevention flushing: It has multiple RO membrane scale prevention flushing programs, such as startup, water shortage reset, water full shutdown, and cumulative flushing programs for a certain period of time to extend the life of the RO membrane.
Consumables Management: Real time display of the remaining lifespan of consumables such as pretreatment, RO membranes, and precision purification columns, with automatic reminders for replacement upon expiration to avoid water quality degradation.
Alarm function: It has sound and light alarm functions such as power on self-test, power-off reset, over limit work, water shortage, low and high voltage protection, and consumable life end.
Precautions
Filter replacement: It must be carried out under the condition of cutting off the water and power sources to avoid water leakage or electric shock.
Sealing ring maintenance: When replacing the filter element, check whether the "O" - shaped sealing ring is damaged to prevent water leakage.
Water quality testing: Regularly check the conductivity or resistivity of the produced water to ensure that the water quality meets the standards.
Operating standards: Follow the equipment manual to avoid equipment damage caused by misoperation.
