It has multiple protection functions, and when the displayed temperature exceeds the preset temperature, it can automatically cut off all heating power. It has independent over temperature relay protection function to ensure that the temperature does not exceed the preset value.
The O2 gas concentration detection adopts imported electrochemical oxygen sensors, which have the characteristics of good linearity, accurate detection, long service life, and can fully meet the needs of users.
End operation and maintenance:
Shutdown steps:
① Close the O ₂/CO ₂ gas valve → ② Evacuate the gas inside the box → ③ Adjust the temperature to 25 ℃ → ④ Turn off the power supply of the host.
Regular maintenance:
Daily: Clean the water accumulation tray to prevent microbial growth;
Monthly:
Calibrate gas sensors (validated with standard gases);
Replace the HEPA filter (0.3 μ m particle filtration efficiency 99.99%).
Quarterly: Ultrasonic cleaning of humidification water tray to remove scale.
Security Warning:
Prohibit no-load operation: causing overheating and damage to the temperature control module;
Emergency gas leakage: immediately close the gas valve and ventilate, and prohibit open flames;
Power protection: Configure a voltage regulator to prevent voltage fluctuations from burning out the controller.
