Precision Separation Expert for Glass lined Thin Film Evaporation Equipment under High Corrosion Conditions
Date: 2025-08-22Read: 2
In industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food, traditional evaporation equipment often faces challenges such as scaling, corrosion, and degradation of active ingredients for the separation and purification of high viscosity, heat sensitive, or highly corrosive materials. The enamel glass thin film evaporation equipment, with its special enamel glass corrosion-resistant layer and thin film heat transfer technology, has become the core equipment for solving the separation requirements of complex working conditions, especially in the concentration and refining of systems such as hydrochloride salts, organic acids, and high molecular polymers.

1、 Structural Innovation: Synergistic Enhancement of Heat Transfer between Glass lined Layer and Thin Film
The main body of the equipment is made of carbon steel substrate covered with a 2-3mm enamel layer, which is fired at 950 ℃ to form a dense glaze surface that can withstand strong acid-base environments with pH 0-14 and organic solvent corrosion. The core separation component, the rotor scraper system, is made of high carbon stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene and rotates at 500-1500rpm to form a dynamic liquid film of 0.1-1mm on the evaporation surface. Experimental data from a certain chemical enterprise shows that when processing 100000 cP silicone oil, the liquid film thickness is reduced by 80% compared to traditional tube evaporators, the heat transfer coefficient is increased to 800W/(m ² · K), and the evaporation intensity reaches 35kg/(m ² · h).
2、 Process advantage: the "low-temperature guardian" of thermosensitive materials
Thin film evaporation reduces the residence time of materials (usually<10 seconds) and lowers the operating temperature (20-50 ℃ lower than atmospheric evaporation) to maximize the retention of thermosensitive component activity. In the antibiotic concentration process, a pharmaceutical company used a glass lined thin film evaporator to concentrate penicillin G potassium salt solution from 8% to 45%, increasing the yield of active ingredients from 82% to 95% while avoiding the degradation of β - lactam ring opening caused by high temperature. For easily oxidizable materials, the equipment can be equipped with a nitrogen protection system to reduce the oxidation loss rate of vitamin C concentration process from 12% to 1.5%.
3、 Industrial Applications: A Bridge from Laboratories to Large Scale Production
In the field of new energy, a lithium battery material enterprise uses this equipment to achieve continuous concentration of lithium hexafluorophosphate solution. Through multi-stage evaporation, the water content of the solution is reduced from 30% to 0.05%. The daily processing capacity of a single device reaches 5 tons, which is 10 times more efficient than intermittent kettle evaporation; In the fine chemical industry, when treating chlorinated organic wastewater, the enamel layer effectively resists corrosion from hypochlorous acid, extending the continuous operation cycle of equipment from 3 months to over 3 years and reducing maintenance costs by 70%.
With the development of enamel glass firing technology towards nanoscale pore control, the new generation of equipment has achieved a temperature resistance limit breakthrough to 250 ℃ and can withstand positive pressure operation at 0.4MPa. Combining online concentration detection and AI scraper speed control system, the glass lined film evaporation equipment is evolving from a single separation unit to an intelligent process module, providing key technical support for the green manufacturing of high value-added chemicals.
