Desktop level bioreactorScope of application: Suitable for full suspension, microcarrier, and sheet-like carrier cultivation, providing one-stop coverage from small-scale trials to commercial production. Meet the characteristics and requirements of cleanliness, sterility, stable equipment performance, automation, and compliance (data integrity, audit tracking) required for clinical sample and drug production.
Function:
Suitable for the cultivation, fermentation, and expression of prokaryotic/eukaryotic cells.
Fully automatic pH/DO/TE tank pressure control.
Precise feeding control (error ± 0.1g) * PID&stepwise control strategy (feeding, mixing speed, temperature, ventilation, etc.).
Operation main interface:
1. Display of process parameters: including current and set values, current flow rate and cumulative dosage of the dosing pump, etc.
2. Display of cascading status: All control units can be operated manually or automatically. The automatic mode is displayed in green, the manual mode is yellow, the shutdown mode is gray, and the fault mode is red.
3. Display of time: system time, current batch running time.
4. Batch number display: Customize the batch number format.
5. User display: The current operating user.
6. Parameter setting: The pop-up style ensures that any parameter setting can be achieved with just one click.
7. Alarm information display: Alarm classification, the main interface displays the current type of alarm in red font.
8. Page switching: including calibration, trends, reports, audit trails, and system settings.
