DO setting and control:
3-level cascade, achieving automatic D0 control in 7 modes: different combinations such as constant speed, constant air, or constant oxygen can be used to meet the needs of different process explorations.
Cascade parameters include stirring speed, air flow rate, and oxygen flow rate.
The minimum and maximum output power of each cascaded component can be set separately.
Open PID settings meet the usage needs of advanced users.
All air intakes at the bottom level are automatically controlled by mass flow meters (MFC).
The bubble generator can be selected from large bubble, microbubble, and bubble free gas supply devices as needed.
The DO sensor adopts optical intelligent sensors with a control accuracy of ± 5%.
The fermentation system supports segmented ladder control (default ten segments).

Display of process parameters: including current and set values, current flow rate and cumulative dosage of the dosing pump, etc.
Cascade status display: All control units can be operated manually or automatically, with automatic mode displayed in green, manual mode in yellow, shutdown mode in gray, and fault mode in red.
Time display: system time, current batch running time.
Batch number display: Custom batch number format.
User display: The current operating user.
Parameter setting: The pop-up style ensures that any parameter setting can be achieved with just one click.
Alarm information display: Alarm classification, the main interface displays the current type of alarm in red font.
