CYD-5000 AC Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector
I. Overview
CYD-5000The Type AC Multipurpose Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector is a mobile multi-purpose magnetic particle flaw detector that can magnetize and automatically demagnetize the tested workpiece; Can be used for continuous magnetic particle inspection and residual magnetic particle inspection; It can be fixed for use in workshops or laboratories, or carried to the testing site for use. Paired with accessories, it can provide appropriate magnetization for the irregular parts of various components and enable segmented magnetization for large-sized components.
Instrument communication magnetization belt power-off phase control, stable residual magnetism, ensuring the quality of flaw detection; Automatic demagnetization can automatically decay from the magnetization current value used to zero, causing residual magnetism to disappear. Easy to operate and effective. The instrument uses adjusting the conduction angle of the thyristor to adjust the output current value, achieving non-contact adjustment of high current and improving the service life of the instrument.

4、 Structural characteristics
The main circuit base of the instrument is located in the lower half, and the trigger circuit base is integrated with the panel in the upper half for easy maintenance. During maintenance, only the four screws that secure the instrument cover and panel need to be removed.
The power cable is a two core cable, with one end passing through100AConnect the terminal to the instrument power socket, and connect the other end to the switch on the power grid distribution board. When the switch on the distribution board is closed, there are already two phases in the main circuit380VTo activate the voltage and trigger circuit, the "power" switch on the instrument needs to be turned on. When the whole machine needs to be powered off, the power grid distribution board switch should be disconnected.
For easy disassembly and replacement of output cables, high current copper bars are used for wiring,Two roots120mm2Two cables, one end connected to the copper bar on the front side of the instrument, and the other can be connected to the copper bar on the other side. The other end of the two cables is a copper joint, which can be connected to the accessory support rod handle using the support rod method(Contact method)Magnetize, or connect copper joints together with bolts, using winding or threading methods for magnetization.
The head of the support rod probe is a detachable copper head with a button switch. It has one or two core cables and is connected to the "external switch" socket on the panel through a small circular plug. The button switch on the support rod probe can be used just like the panel button.
5、 Usage and Maintenance
1Attention and inspection before use
Before using the instrument, please read this user manual carefully. Before initial use or long-term storage and reuse, check whether the external parts are intact. You can also open the instrument cover to check whether the internal parts are loose, but do not disassemble or assemble the parts at will.
The instrument should be stored and used in a dry, clean, well ventilated environment free from corrosive gases such as acid and alkali. This environment should not have high temperatures, strong vibrations, or impacts.
Check whether the power supply of the grid matches the required power supply, whether the connection is correct, and whether the grid and switch capacity meet the requirements before connecting the power supply.
2Usage and operation
(1)The power cable is a two core cable, with one end passing through100AConnect the terminal to the instrument power socket, connect the other end to the power grid, turn on the distribution board switch, and connect the main circuit of the instrument to the power grid;
(2)Turn on the "power" switch of the instrument,H1The red indicator light is on, and the instrument control circuit is powered on;
(3)Take two120mm2Two cables, one end connected to the copper bar on the front side of the instrument, and the other can be connected to the copper bar on the other side. The other end of the two cables is connected to a support rod handle and a copper joint. The copper joint on the other end of the two cables is connected to a support rod probe or directly connected to form two cables according to the needs of the inspection;
(3)Press the magnetizing buttonS5The trigger circuit has a trigger pulse to control the operation of the thyristor for AC magnetization testing;
(5)Connect the support rod probe to the inspection workpiece, or wrap the cable around the workpiece or pass the cable through the workpiece using the threading method;
(6)Press the magnetizing buttonS5Adjust the current adjustment knob and press againS5Complete magnetization. Using external additive magnetic particle inspection under maximum current, the magnetization time is generally less than2Second, and there should be more than twenty times the interval time(Less magnetization times can reduce the multiple of intermittent time).
(7)If demagnetization of the workpiece is required, simply turn on the work selection switchS4Go to the "demagnetization" position and follow the above steps(1)to(7)Step operation;
(8)When stopping use, the power switch of the instrument should be turned offS2And the power grid distribution board switch, if necessary, remove external accessories.
3Fault repair
(1)Fuse blown:The load of the power fuse installed on the instrument is the primary of the triggering circuit power transformer. Any malfunction of these devices causes the current to exceed1ABoth can cause the fuse to melt;
(2)If the fast fuse or thyristor is damaged and causes a large current component fault in the primary current of the main transformer, the fast fuse can be blown,(At this moment, the red indicator on the quick fuse protrudes)Even causing damage to the thyristor. Generally, the 'work selection switch' can be usedS4Switch to "Communication" or "Demagnetization", press the magnetizing button, and use an oscilloscope to check the square wave width on the circuit board optocoupler to see if it is of equal width. If not, the fault is on the circuit board. Otherwise, the fault is on the back, and then check if the back socket is in good condition;
(3)ButKANo indication on the table:When the load is connected and the instrument is used normally, there is no magnetizing current causingKAThere is no indication on the meter, it may be a triggering circuit(Including 'magnetization'--Demagnetization "button)Fault or main circuit malfunction, refer to the above section for maintenance methods(2)Article;
(4)Attention should be paid during maintenance:Before connecting the switch on the power grid distribution board, all plug sockets should be plugged in to prevent accidents caused by poor contact of the contacts.
