  Oxidation induction testerIt is an analytical instrument used to measure the significant oxidation reaction time of materials under heating or oxidation conditions. Its core function is to evaluate the antioxidant performance and thermal stability of materials by detecting the oxidation induction period (OIT). It is widely used in materials science, chemical engineering, food industry and other fields.

Polymer materials:
Evaluate the antioxidant effect and long-term heat resistance of materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
For example, testing the oxidation resistance of PE pipelines at high temperatures to ensure their long-term safety.
Rubber and engineering plastics:
Test the heat and oxygen aging resistance of natural rubber (NR) and synthetic rubber (such as SBR, NBR) to prevent hardening or cracking during use.
Verify the thermal degradation resistance of engineering plastics (such as PA, PC, POM) gears and bearings to ensure stable mechanical performance.
Food and Packaging Materials:
