Data transmission: According to the on-site situation, toxic gas detectors are installed in each monitoring area. All detectors have real-time data display and sound and light alarm functions. The data and alarm information can be transmitted to the gas alarm controller in each nearby area in the form of 4-20mA current signal or RS485 bus digital signal, and then transmitted to the hub control box in the central control room through RS485 bus digital signal or other forms, and then transmitted to the PLC or DCS system for real-time viewing of on-site monitoring data. It can be linked with fans, exhaust fans, etc. to handle on-site gas concentration, and can also issue sound and light alarms to remind on-site staff to evacuate in a timely manner, reducing losses.
