The VOC environmental testing chamber is a device used to simulate real environmental conditions and detect the release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from materials or products in specific environments.
Technical Features
Sealing and control: The cabin is made of metal material and equipped with precision temperature and humidity control system and airflow management system to ensure the accuracy of test data.
Multi standard compatibility: supports different testing methods such as bag method and climate chamber method, meeting domestic and international environmental certification requirements.
core functionality
Simulate real usage environments and accurately control parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airflow velocity.
Collect VOCs (such as formaldehyde and benzene derivatives) released from materials and analyze their concentrations using professional instruments. Support testing of samples of different sizes and types, suitable for various scenarios such as building materials, furniture, textiles, etc.
Application scenarios
Building materials industry: detecting the VOC content released from boards, coatings, adhesives, etc.
Home industry: Evaluate the environmental indicators of furniture, mattresses, curtains and other products.
Automotive industry: Testing the VOC emissions of components such as car interiors and seats.
Research and Quality Inspection: Compliance testing by third-party testing institutions and enterprise laboratories.
Daily cleaning and component maintenance
Condenser cleaning: Use a vacuum cleaner to remove surface dust. If there is oil stains, use a non combustible degreaser to clean to avoid deformation of the fins.
Automatic drain maintenance: Regularly close the ball valve, disassemble and clean the filter screen, float ball, and valve seat to ensure smooth drainage.
Humidification water tank management: Use distilled water or deionized water, and the liquid level should be within the marked range to avoid low water level affecting humidity control.
Sealing inspection: When the cabin door is closed, it should be tightly attached to the working cabin, and the aging of the sealing strip should be checked regularly to prevent leakage.
