Exhibition introduction:
  1. Plastic runway VOC environmental release cabin series
On June 8, 2016, at a press conference in Shanghai, the city released the national group standard for campus plastic running tracks - T/310101002-C003-2016 "Harmful Substances in Plastic Surface Layer of School Sports Ground *". On May 14, 2018, the GB36246-2018 standard was issued, and MUNI developed and produced plastic runway VOC cabins with parameters stricter than this standard. The plastic runway VOC testing chamber of Muni testing equipment has introduced world invention technology and obtained the support of the Small and Medium sized Enterprise Technology Innovation Fund, and has developed a domestic plastic runway VOC testing chamber that meets this standard.
  2. Formaldehyde/VOC Environmental Release Chamber Series
Mainly suitable for testing formaldehyde and VOC emissions from furniture panels, building materials, automotive accessories, and entire vehicles. The main specifications include 1m ³ VOC cabin, 5m ³ VOC cabin, 15m ³ VOC cabin, 30m ³ VOC cabin, 140m ³ VOC vehicle cabin, and other customized VOC cabins.
  3. Temperature and humidity test chamber/laboratory series
Mainly used to simulate various environmental conditions, suitable for heat resistance, cold resistance, humidity resistance and other performance tests in industries such as electronics and electrical engineering, aerospace, marine weapons, research institutes, and automotive testing. It mainly includes high and low temperature test chambers, cold and hot shock test chambers, constant temperature and humidity test chambers, high and low temperature humid heat test chambers, desktop MINI test chambers, etc. It can achieve various temperature and humidity tests from -197 ℃ to+300 ℃ and 5% to 98% RH. Muni focuses on customer customization needs and can provide various professional customization services based on customer requirements.
  4. Automotive Interior Atomization Tester
Suitable for evaluating the evaporation of volatile components of interior materials such as plastic parts, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, non-woven fabrics, thermoplastic elastomers, etc. in automobiles and aircraft at high temperatures. It can also be used for measuring the high-temperature atomization phenomenon of xenon lamps in front of vehicles.
