Purchasing Guide for Laboratory Bottle Washing Machines: Six Key Indicators That Must Be Known for Evaluating Performance
Date: 2025-11-07Read: 0
When purchasing a bottle washing machine in the laboratory, the evaluation of its performance should focus on the following six core indicators to ensure that the equipment meets experimental requirements and improves work efficiency.
Cleaning effect: Cleaning effect is the core indicator of bottle washing machine. A high-quality bottle washing machine should be able to use high-temperature and high-pressure spraying (water temperature 70-90 ℃, water pressure 4-6 bar) combined with chemical cleaning agents to perform 360 ° flushing on the inner and outer surfaces of glassware, removing stubborn pollutants such as oil stains and pigments. Some models are equipped with conductivity monitoring function to ensure that the conductivity of the cleaned vessels is below 25 μ s/cm, achieving high standard cleanliness.
Drying technology: The drying effect directly affects the cleanliness of the vessel. Efficient drying techniques, such as hot air drying, can quickly evaporate surface moisture from vessels, avoiding secondary pollution. Some models are equipped with HEPA filtration systems to further purify the drying air, suitable for experimental scenarios that require cleanliness.
Cleaning capacity and flexibility: Choose the appropriate model based on the daily cleaning volume in the laboratory. Small laboratories can choose desktop bottle washing machines, with a single cleaning capacity of about 20-50 pieces; Large laboratories require vertical or floor standing models that can clean 100-200 vessels at a time. At the same time, the equipment should be equipped with multiple cleaning racks, supporting customized racks to adapt to special specification vessels.
Intelligence level: Modern bottle washing machines should have intelligent control systems that support multi-stage speed adjustment and programmed cleaning processes. For example, preset pre washing, main washing, neutralization washing, rinsing, drying and other programs, with customizable parameters (temperature, time, water pressure) to ensure consistent cleaning results for each batch. Some models also support remote OTA upgrades and data tracing functions.
Safety and durability: The equipment should be made of 304/316 stainless steel material, which has high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance characteristics. At the same time, equipped with water leakage protection, electronic door locks, and fault self diagnosis mechanisms to ensure safe operation. In long-term use, the bottle breakage rate should be less than 0.1%, much lower than the 1% -2% of manual cleaning.
