According to the first part of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, amino columns are used to analyze four types of sugars in honey. Shodex's amino column Asahipak NH2P-50 4E (specification: 4.6 mm × 250 mm, particle size: 5 µ m) can effectively separate these sugars, and the theoretical plate count calculated based on fructose is higher than the pharmacopoeia requirement of 2000.
