Application and operation specifications of Detu infrared thermal imager in the laser industry
Date: 2025-06-24Read: 2
 Detu infrared thermal imagerapplication
Laser manufacturing: In laser manufacturing, especially fiber laser production, the Detu infrared thermal imager plays a key role. It can detect the temperature of the fiber fusion point, ensuring the stability and reliability of these sensitive components at extremely high precision. By monitoring the temperature of key components such as pump sources, beam combiners, and tail fibers in real-time, manufacturers can effectively prevent product failures caused by overheating, improve overall production efficiency and product quality.
Laser equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis: In the daily maintenance of laser equipment, the Detu infrared thermal imager can help technicians quickly locate potential hotspots or temperature abnormal areas. Real time temperature monitoring in laser welding and cladding processes helps optimize process parameters, reduce material waste, and improve machining accuracy. In the aging test of equipment, infrared thermal imaging cameras can quickly identify abnormal high temperature areas caused by aging, provide timely warnings, and avoid more serious equipment damage.
Laser technology research and development: In the field of laser technology research, the high resolution and accuracy of the Detu infrared thermal imager make it an ideal tool for exploring new laser materials and processes. Whether evaluating the performance of integrated circuits or analyzing the impact of lasers on materials, infrared thermal imagers can provide detailed temperature distribution data, helping researchers to gain a deeper understanding of physical processes and promote technological progress.
Operating Specifications
Safe operation: During operation, the instrument must not be directly exposed to the sun or other high-temperature radiation sources (such as objects with temperatures above 500 ℃), otherwise it will seriously damage the detector, and the damage to the micro radiation calorimeter caused by this is not covered by the warranty. When conducting measurements, it is necessary to always follow the safety regulations of the local or measurement area.
Instrument usage:
Initial operation and power on/off: Before use, carefully read the operation manual and familiarize yourself with the product. Follow the steps in the manual to turn on and off the instrument.
Menu operation and settings: Familiar with menu functions, able to quickly change color palettes, selection buttons, etc. When conducting measurements, it is necessary to set parameters such as measurement function, temperature scale, emissivity, and reflection temperature.
Image saving and analysis: After the measurement is completed, the image can be saved and viewed in the album. According to the needs, the image type can be set, and relevant software can also be used to analyze the image.
Battery usage and charging:
Only use the battery according to the instructions in the user manual, do not short-circuit the battery, and do not disassemble or modify the battery. Avoid severe battery impact, contact with water, fire, or temperatures above 60 ℃, and avoid storing near metal objects.
Please place the rechargeable battery inside the instrument for charging or use the recommended charger for charging. If the charging process does not proceed properly or there are any signs of overheating, please immediately remove the rechargeable battery from the instrument or charger. If the instrument is not used for a long time, please remove the rechargeable battery from the instrument to prevent excessive discharge.
Instrument maintenance and upkeep:
Regularly charge the rechargeable battery and replace it if necessary. When cleaning the instrument, appropriate cleaning tools and methods should be used to avoid damaging the instrument.
If the human body comes into contact with battery acid, the contaminated area should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water. If necessary, consult a doctor. Do not use rechargeable batteries that are leaking or damaged.
Waste disposal: Dispose of damaged and used rechargeable batteries in accordance with effective legal regulations. After the end of its effective life, the product can be sent to a dedicated collection site for electrical and electronic components, or disposed of in accordance with local waste disposal regulations. Alternatively, the product can be sent back to Detu Company for disposal.
