Microwave digestion instrumentAs the core equipment for laboratory sample pretreatment, its stability directly affects the accuracy of experimental data. Good daily maintenance can extend the service life of equipment and reduce the probability of failure. The core points can be summarized as follows:
Cleaning of cavities and pipelines
After each experiment, wait for the chamber to cool to room temperature and use a dust-free cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wipe the inner walls of the chamber, the inside of the furnace door, and the sealing ring to avoid residual acid mist and sample residue from corroding equipment components during the digestion process.
Regularly inspect and clear the waste discharge pipeline to prevent blockage of acid mist condensate and abnormal chamber pressure; After cleaning, use pure water to wipe the chamber again to ensure that there is no residual cleaning agent.
If the sealing ring ages, deforms or is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid the risk of microwave leakage.
Dissolving tank maintenance
After use, the digestion tank should be cleaned in a timely manner. First, rinse the inside and outside of the tank with pure water, then soak it in dilute nitric acid to remove stubborn residues, and finally rinse it with pure water and air dry it. It is forbidden to use hard brushes to scrape the inner wall of the tank to prevent damage to the inner lining of the tank.
Regularly check the integrity of the lid, pressure relief valve, sealing ring and other accessories of the digestion tank. It is strictly prohibited to continue using them if there are cracks or deformations in the accessories.
The digestion tank should be stored according to specifications, avoiding the mixing of accessories from different models and manufacturers, and preventing safety accidents caused by poor sealing.
Instrument system inspection
Check the power circuit and grounding device of the instrument every week to ensure they are intact, in order to avoid equipment short circuits or microwave leaks caused by aging circuits or poor grounding.
Regularly check the temperature and pressure sensor calibration status of the instrument. If it exceeds the calibration validity period, it is necessary to contact professional personnel for calibration in a timely manner to ensure accurate parameter detection.
Before the experiment, a no-load trial run can be conducted to observe whether the temperature rise and pressure control of the equipment are normal. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped and checked in a timely manner. Do not operate with faults.
