Air cooled split machineIt is an air conditioning system consisting of two main parts, an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, connected by refrigerant copper pipes to form a closed cycle, using air as the refrigerant (heat dissipation medium) to achieve cooling or heating functions.
Air cooled split machineThe working principle of is based on the refrigerant cycle, which achieves heat transfer through four processes: compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation
Compression: Low temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the outdoor unit compressor.
Condensation: High temperature gas enters the outdoor condenser and is driven by a fan to flow through finned tubes, releasing heat and condensing into high-pressure liquid.
Throttle: The liquid refrigerant is depressurized and cooled through an expansion valve, forming a gas-liquid mixture.
Evaporation: Low temperature refrigerant enters the indoor unit evaporator, absorbs indoor heat and evaporates into gas, completing refrigeration; During heating, the direction of refrigerant flow is changed through an electromagnetic four-way reversing valve, allowing the indoor unit to act as a condenser to release heat.
core components
Indoor unit:
Evaporator: Absorbs indoor heat to achieve cooling effect.
Temperature display controller: Real time monitoring and adjustment of indoor temperature.
Water storage tank: Collect condensed water to avoid dripping.
Circulating water pump: drives the circulation of cooling water (some models are equipped with it).
Fan: Enhance convective heat transfer and increase heat transfer efficiency.
Outdoor unit:
Refrigeration compressor: the core power source that drives the circulation of refrigerant.
Fin type radiator: It uses air convection to dissipate heat and reduce the temperature of the refrigerant.
Axial flow fan: accelerates air flow and improves heat dissipation efficiency.
