Air cooled all-in-one machineUsually refers to air-cooled integrated cooling and heating units, which are temperature control devices that integrate cooling and heating functions.
Air cooled all-in-one machineThe unit is mainly composed of the following components:
Compressor: The heart of the unit, responsible for compressing refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, providing power for the entire cycle.
Four way directional valve: Switch the flow of refrigerant between heating and cooling modes, allowing the unit to switch between cooling in summer and heating in winter.
Wind side heat exchanger (outdoor heat exchanger/condenser): In cooling mode, outdoor air flows through the wind side heat exchanger to take away the heat released by the refrigerant and achieve condensation; In heating mode, it acts as an evaporator, absorbing heat from the outside air to heat the refrigerant.
Water side heat exchanger (indoor heat exchanger/evaporator): In cooling mode, the circulating cold water flows through the water side heat exchanger, where the refrigerant evaporates and absorbs heat to cool the circulating water; In heating mode, the circulating hot water flows through this area, and the refrigerant condenses and releases heat to heat the circulating water.
Gas liquid separator: Separate the liquid refrigerant from the refrigerant gas coming out of the compressor to prevent liquid impact from damaging the compressor.
Dry filter: removes moisture and impurities from the refrigeration system, protecting the compressor and other components from damage.
Sight glass: Observe the flow state of refrigerant and whether it contains moisture in the refrigeration system.
Throttle valve: regulates refrigerant flow and controls cooling or heating efficiency.
One way valve: Ensure that the refrigerant flows in the predetermined direction to prevent backflow.
Water pump: drives cold or hot water to circulate in the water side heat exchanger, achieving heat transfer.
Fan: Promotes outdoor air to flow through the wind side heat exchanger, improving heat transfer efficiency.
