1、 Selection of installation position for LABOM pressure switch
Near the compressed core area
The pressure switch should be directly installed on the pressure chamber or fluid pipeline to ensure the shortest distance between the measuring point and the pressure source. For example, in chemical reaction vessels, switches should be installed at the pressure measuring interface on the top or side wall of the vessel to avoid pressure attenuation or hysteresis caused by pipeline length. If used in hydraulic systems, it needs to be installed near the pump outlet or actuator to monitor critical node pressure in real time.
Avoiding interference factors
Vibration source: Keep away from vibration equipment such as pumps and compressors to prevent mechanical vibration from causing sensor false triggering. If unavoidable, anti vibration brackets or rubber shock absorbers should be used for isolation.
High temperature zone: If the medium temperature exceeds 125 ℃ (short-term withstand temperature of LABOM pressure switch), a spiral cooling pipe should be installed in front of the interface or a high-temperature sensor should be selected to avoid component damage.
Corrosive environment: When in contact with acidic or alkaline solutions, use Hastelloy or ceramic diaphragms, and ensure that the installation position is easy to clean regularly to prevent the interface from being blocked by medium crystallization.
Easy to operate and maintain
The installation height should comply with ergonomics, usually 1.2-1.5 meters above the ground, to facilitate wiring, debugging, and daily inspections. If you need to install it upside down, you need to enable the mirror reversal display function of the LABOM switch to ensure clear readings.
2、 Pressure chamber exhaust operation guide
Preparation before exhaust
Turn off the intake source, such as compressors, pumps, etc., to prevent gas backflow during exhaust and prevent danger.
Wear protective equipment: goggles, cut resistant gloves, dust masks, to avoid injury from high-speed airflow or particulate matter.
Check the exhaust path: Ensure that the exhaust port is unobstructed. If connecting a long pipeline, clean the internal debris in advance.
Exhaust steps
Manual exhaust: Slowly open the exhaust valve at the top of the chamber and observe the pressure gauge reading drop to zero. If the volume of the cavity is large, it can be vented in sections (such as pausing after releasing 20% pressure each time to check stability).
Automatic exhaust: If equipped with a LABOM pressure switch and solenoid valve linkage system, set the upper pressure limit value (such as 1.2MPa). When the chamber pressure exceeds the threshold, the switch triggers the solenoid valve to automatically exhaust until the pressure drops back to the safe range.
Exhaust endpoint confirmation: After closing the exhaust valve, apply soapy water to the interface and check for air leakage. If bubbles are found, the bolts need to be tightened again or the sealing gasket needs to be replaced.
Special scenario handling
High temperature chamber: Before exhaust, it needs to be cooled to below 50 ℃ to avoid scalding operators or damaging pressure switches with high-temperature gas.
Negative pressure chamber: To restore normal pressure from a vacuum state, first turn off the vacuum pump, and then slowly open the intake valve to prevent deformation of the chamber due to excessive pressure difference.
