Usage:
Basic settings: LR12000E can provide universal inputs such as DC voltage, thermocouple, or RTD. Before use, input type, range and other parameters need to be set through the instrument's operating interface according to the measurement requirements. For example, if measuring temperature, select the corresponding thermocouple type and set the appropriate temperature range.
Start recording: After setting the parameters, press the "REC" button, and the recorder will start recording data. The recording pen will draw the corresponding curve on the recording paper based on the input signal.
View and Analysis: The instrument is equipped with a vacuum tube fluorescent display screen, which can achieve multiple display functions. The recorded curves can be viewed in real-time through the display screen, and the instrument's functions such as zooming in and out can be used to conduct detailed analysis of curves in specific areas, in order to observe data changes more clearly.
Data storage and output: This recorder has a storage function and can store recorded data in storage media such as IC memory cards, which facilitates subsequent PC based data recording and analysis. The digital printing function integrated with the instrument can also be used to print recorded curves or data, supporting multiple printing methods such as area recording, local compression/enlargement recording, etc.
Other features: LR12000E has a rapid pen response speed of 1600mm/s and phase synchronization function, which can accurately capture and record target events, and easily achieve replay of target events. Relevant functions can be enabled in the instrument settings according to actual needs to meet specific measurement and recording requirements.
