Shanxi Haixin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haixin Iron and Steel) is a large private enterprise group integrating steel, coking, cement, real estate and other industries. It was established in 1987 and is headquartered in Dongzhen, Wenxi County, Shanxi Province.

In 2004, the company's sales reached 5.46 billion yuan. In 2016, Haixin Steel changed its name to Shanxi Jianlong and quietly resumed production at the end of April of the same year.
