Setfos is a simulation system used for various types of solar cells (including perovskite, organic, stacked, silicon-based cells, etc.), perovskite LEDs, OLED devices, and related optoelectronic material properties. It simulates and optimizes device design, construction, optical performance, electrical performance, and optoelectronic material properties.

Laoss is a software used for designing, constructing, simulating, and optimizing perovskite/organic solar cell modules and OLED panels, simulating their thermal, optical, and electrical properties. Phelos is used to measure the emission spectral characteristics and polarization angles of OLEDs, perovskite LEDs, and other light-emitting devices. It can also measure the s and p polarization spectra of the devices, the relationship between emission spectra and angles, and calculate the emission angle and position distribution of excitons in the emitting layer.

The system integrates LED white light sources and up to 32 parallel testing channels, placing the devices in 4 sealed chambers, each with separate temperature, humidity, and lighting control conditions, and fully automated programmed long-term solar cell stability testing; Scalable OLED device testing functionality.

The system integrates a 3A steady-state LED solar simulator and a 56 channel independent testing unit, combined with a stable light intensity feedback control system and spectral adjustment function. At the same time, the sealed chamber can control the nitrogen, humidity, light intensity, and spectrum of the sample to meet ISOS testing requirements, thereby accurately measuring and analyzing the long-term stability of solar cells.
